The problem
The lunch rush meant queues, paper tokens and cash reconciliation at the end of every day.
What we built
- Employee app (Android & iOS): browse the day’s menu, order, pay via UPI, get a notification when it’s ready
- Staff app: accept, prepare and hand over orders
- Kitchen printing: tickets go straight to thermal printers
- Admin web: menus, pricing, subsidies and daily reports
- One backend behind all four, on a lean cloud footprint
